so let's start off with more information on both the scrubs alright?

What it promises to do: Invigorating deep cleansing formula that gently exfoliates removing dull, dead skin cells for smoother, softer, radiant skin
see the difference between both the exfoliants?
so basically both products are promising similar results, to remove dead skin cells, to make the face look more radian, smooth and so on and so forth
i've tried both products twice
and honestly the St Ives apricot scrub wins hands down
let's talk about the good and the bad about Beauty Formulas facial scub
THE GOOD
- price, very affordable and for the amount of product you are paying for, it's worth every cent spent
- packaging is great, comes in tube form, makes it easier when all you have to do is just to squeeze the product out and plus very hygienic as you dont have to use your fingers to get the product out
- scent of the product is not that strong, very mild, scent reminds me of Iced Peach tea
THE BAD
- as you can see from the pictures, the exfoliants are considered quite huge and some of them can get pretty sharp, i had a small zit near the eyebrow area and while scrubbing, damn it hurts!
- i didnt really feel like my face was being scrubbed, the facial wash felt very much like any other normal facial wash, reason because, there arent much "exfoliants" in it, i mean why call it a scrub if it doesnt scrub right?
- due to the exfoliants being huge, when using this i have to be very careful, for fear that the scrub might just scratch my face
how let's get on with the St Ives apricot scrub
THE GOOD
- really makes me feel scrubbed down, leaves my face feeling very clean and smooth
- i simply love the scent! it's much more stronger than the Beauty Formulas but t's not too overpowering, reminds me of one of TBS bodyscrubs
- i actually use this as a bodyscrub too and OMG, simply wonnderful, leaves me smelling very very nice
- plus this one doesnt hurt when im using this unlike the Beauty Formulas
THE BAD
- price? but it's pretty affordable, since i can use it as both a facial scrub and body scrub, sort of like a 2 in 1 i guess?
- packaging, it isnt in tube form (but there are those in tube forms), but that isnt really a problem, because i use a small spatula to scoop out the products
eventhough the Beauty Formulas facial scrub is way cheaper but i wouldnt really recommened it to anyone
BUT if any of you ladies would like to try it, do let me know, could probably do some samples for you =)
